Approx. time varies but nearly all patch repairs and paint jobs average around 60 minutes, but regardless of how long it takes it's still just one set price!

This service is recommended for older appliances which are no longer covered by service warranty

Daisy-chain an additional standard 120v 2-port electrical wall outlet. Supplies/material cost is not included and will be invoiced additionally (some considerations are GCFI outlet requirements and distance from existing outlet to additional installation location).
Replace 1 existing standard power outlet receptacle (110v) with USB A and/or C integrated ports for fast device charging without the need for the powerbrick adapter; just plug in your compatible device’s USB cable directly into the designated port in the outlet. As the outlet has the USB ports integrated you can’t have to sacrifice an AC outlet just to charge your device anymore.
Flat-rate for removing after-market (TUSHY, etc) bidet attachment to standard toilet (does not include Skirted or other specialized toilets)
Flat-rate for non-major clog in toilet,sink, shower drain. Flat-rate service does not include fixture removal or major "snake" work (sink or tub with obstructing material greater than 25ft. Repairs where significant snaking or fixture removal including remounting toilet, will be invoiced at the initial flat rate price per hour. Flat rate and hourly charges do not include any replacement parts or materials which will be itemized on the invoice
Flat-rate for swapping a sink faucet, shower head or sprayer, faucet handles, drain assembly or other cosmetic fixture changes.
Flat-rate repair for a minor leak under kitchen or bathroom sink
Single-rod installation of a set of standard sized curtains or drapes for single or doubleset windows. For oversized or more than a single or double set of windows pricing is the current listed rate billed hourly instead of flat rate.
All-We-Can-Mount within an hour. Includes wall mounting of one or more frames and/or shelves within 1 hour time-frame
Flat-rate for 1 TV Unit mounting (client provides hardware/brackets) under 60" in size.cost of additional hardware where applicable.
Flat-rate for Mounting of 1 flat screen LCD/Plasma TV under 60" with concealed cables where permitted in wall or with cable maintenance/concealing devices.
Copy data from one device storage to another or create backups for important data. Price does not include additional hardware such as replacement HDDs or flash storage.
Remove malicious or bothersome programs or processes from your system while preserving current operating system installation where possible. Includes detailed scan of system and all peripherals for advanced threats
PC hardware peripheral or internal single unit part replacement or upgrade. Client provided or expensed part. (Ie. CD drives, hard drive, NVMe drives, RAM Memory, etc)
Diagnose hardware or software issues with PC. If you opt for additional services to fix issues discovered during the diagnostic the entire PC Diagnostic Service fee will be credited toward repair services!
Install, Remove or Update up to 4 client provided/requested software applications. This includes software such as firewall programs, anti-virus suites, games, email/browsing applications, etc
Restore PC back to an earlier version of Windows
